Powerflex Exercise for 45 minutes-Monday

Hello friends, today is Monday so I am uploading Power flex exercise of 45 minutes. These videos are from professional gym trainer. So if you are at home and you can’t able to hit the gym, then this video really helps you because those exercise and trainer Perla and Linda’s class helped me to reduce my weight from 180 pounds to 140 pounds. I promise that it will help you too, if you do all exercise regurarly. Don’t watch only moves but do with her for 45 minute to a hour. Initially, You will get tired but make it continue without missing any days. atleast 6 days/week is necessary to stay fit and weight loss program.
